So I'm hearing the players are prepared to sit out 1, maybe 2 years.. That doesn't sound good

well the players and owners aren't meeting for another 2-3 weeks

so you can take 14-21 days away from that.

Yeah I dont see this lasting anything short of six months unless somebody's willing to some major concessions.

dam, if I was a player right now, I would go to Europe and try to bring all of teammates/friends with me.

That could get them a season sooner and even if it doesn't, their still playing basketball in Europe.

I dont think most NBA players even want to go to Europe. And right now its not urgent, they're all use to having June, July, August and September off any how, once the season approaches we'll see some urgency.

If i was an NBA player, i wouldn't take this lockout as a extended holiday. I'd use to my advantage and try improve. Just like what Jared Dudley is doing, the way he tweets how he's hitting the weights, sounds like he'll be LeBron James soon.

Well at least soccer season start's next month. So i won't have sports withdrawal for too long.

Bruins just ended and Red Sox are ongoing. Right now, it is as it should be. I'm good. If the NBA decides to screw us, I'll be watching a lot of NHL, NFL, and college football/hoops.

Oh and my favorite soccer team goes on the US tour next week, so imma watch my team play against MLS teams and the MLS All Stars.

I think it can get better, first thing to do is cut out the big 3 and somehow make it harder for Owners to offer up crappy deals. (Which probably means make a tighter salary cap)
